1.8 How can the submission be accessed in TEU?

You must use the digital certificate recognized by the AOC Consortium (T-CAT or T-CAT P) to authenticate and access the submission to the TEU. The electronic transmissions that are sent to the BOE are signed with an electronic seal of the AOC Consortium.
