The My entity section has data only at an informative level (the name, the entity code, the CIF, the territorial demarcation, the county and the type of entity) and, also, it has data that is the logo of the entity, which can be changed.
The organization's logo can only be modified by the user manager from the My Ens section.
Just press Change logo and a screen appears to be able to load the new one.
The file of the logo image that is loaded must have a series of requirements which are the following:
- The maximum file size must be less than 150 kB
- The dimensions of the width and height of the logo must be between 70 and 50 pixels. The recommended dimension is: 70 x 70 pixels.
- Accepted file formats are: .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .gif
Once the new logo has been loaded, two situations can occur:
- That it meets the requirements and you just have to press
- That these requirements are not met and that the following warning appears:
Then the logo needs to be tweaked until it meets the requirements listed and uploaded again.
The logo that remains in My Ens is the one that appears in applications that use the EACAT header, i.e.: e-Tauler, eRES, e-Notum, e-Valisa, Copy, Save and Send information, writings and documentation.
