4. What can I do about it?

The information and the actions that can be taken have been organized around the 3 sections mentioned below: General information , Addresses and Erroneous registrations .

4.1 General information

In this section you will find the general information of your institution, which appears in EACAT:

  • The legal name of the entity
  • The official statistical code assigned by the Generalitat, in the case that it is a local body; or a 10-digit code assigned by EACAT, in case it is another type of entity.
  • The tax identification number (NIF)
  • The type of entity
  • The address where the entity is based
  • The postal code
  • The locality
  • The region
  • The territorial scope

You can also add or modify and even delete in the case of the RFH Regulation :

  • Your organization's logo . The file of which must have the following characteristics:

    • Maximum file size allowed is 150kb.
    • The width and height should be 50 and 70 respectively.
    • Allowed extensions are: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png.

4.2 Addresses

In the Addresses section you will find information about the addresses of the entity:

  • A corporate address (address, postal code, municipality, county and territorial area).
  • The Address for registration purposes , which is the address where the entity's general register is located and which is used to address the physical documentation when it has not been possible to digitize it.
  • The electronic address of the entity.

It should be specified that local authorities will not find the part of information about the corporate address, since EACAT is integrated with the Local Authorities Database and therefore the information is updated every day with this database .

On the other hand, the rest of EACAT entities that are not local will be able to change the data relating to the corporate address because they are not part of the Local Entity DB and are therefore only updated when the manager updates them of users through this section.

4.3 Erroneous records

In the section Erroneous records you can find the list of records of this type.

Erroneous registrations are entries that have been registered but during the documentation consolidation process there was a problem and they were left without associated documentation. And, therefore, to consolidate them in the entry and exit records, it will be necessary to be able to locate them and to have certain information about each one.

For this reason, a search engine for erroneous records has been created that allows you to search for entries or exits in a given period in:

  • The entity you are working for.
  • Another entity of which you are also the managing user and you also have the role Consult telematic register book .

There are 4 search fields:

  • Start date . By default, the current date appears and it should be noted that it will not be possible to search for erroneous records beyond the date 20/05/2020.
  • End date By default, the current date appears, although it can be changed to the date of interest in the search.
  • type Which allows you to search all erroneous records, only those that are Entry ( ) in the entity or those that are Output ( ).
  • Other us . If I mark this check, the field Other entities appears, which will allow searching by entering the 10-digit code of the entity of which you are also the user manager and you also have the role Consult telematic register book that us

Just fill in the first 3 fields: start date, end date and type; a list of erroneous settlements that match the search appears. The fields in the record relationship are as follows:

You can also download the error log reports resulting from your search in various formats: txt, csv and excel.

As already mentioned, you can also search for the erroneous entries of other organizations where you are a user manager and have been assigned the role of Consult online log book . To do so, it is necessary to indicate the 10-digit code of the corresponding entity.
