To facilitate user management in EACAT, the entity manager has three types of reports that can be downloaded in Excel format from the Users Configuration section. These reports provide detailed information about users. Each report is explained below:

  1. User report
    This report provides detailed information about users registered on the platform, including personal data and data relating to the RFH (Register of Skilled Officials). The fields included in this report are:
    • Tax ID
    • Name
    • Email
    • Active (whether the user is active or not)
    • Profile
    • Registration date (user registration date)
    • By (who creates the user)
    • Last access (last time the user accessed the platform)
    • User tags (tags assigned to the user)
    • Most recent change (last modification of user data)
    • RFH high date
    • RFH discharge date
    • Administrative unit
    • Assist interested parties (if the user can assist citizens)
    • Issuance of authentic copies (if the user can issue authentic copies)
  2. Users/Services Report
    This report links each user to the EACAT Trámits services and the AOC services (such as eNotum, eFACT, etc.) to which they have access. It also specifies the user's role in the case of AOC services. The fields included are:
    • Entity (the entity to which the user belongs)
    • Tax ID
    • Name
    • Active (whether the user is active or not)
    • Service (the services to which the user has access)
    • User tags
    • Role (only for AOC services, such as eNotum, eFACT, etc.)
  3. Users/Services/Promoter Report
    This report includes information about the services to which each user has access, as well as the promoter or provider of these services. The fields included are:
    • Entity (the entity to which the user belongs)
    • Tax ID
    • Name
    • Active (whether the user is active or not)
    • Service
    • FunctionalCodeOVER
    • Promoter (organization providing the service)
    • Promoter Code
