If you do not have access to a service that you must process, you can request it from the manager of your organization from:
- Catalog of procedures >
When selecting a service, 2 situations can occur:- You don't have access to the service because your manager didn't give it to you > Request access
Alert capture - Your entity is not a recipient of the service > Request access
Alert capture In both cases, an alert will appear and you will have to press>
- You don't have access to the service because your manager didn't give it to you > Request access
You must select your manager and send him an email requesting access to the service or asking him to contact the provider, who will assess whether your entity can be considered a recipient of the service.
- Personal space > Services > Unassigned > Request access
