1. Preview before searching

It is the time before doing a search. By default you are:

  • The catalog published
  • The search bar, where you can search by words or do an advanced search, by pressing the tune icon
  • The following filters enabled and Search Tips:
    • In term
    • I am recipient.
    • Search tips, contains information on how to perform a search so that it is effective.
  • The sections:
    • Procedures nearing completion.
    • Favorite services, services you've saved to keep them close at hand.
    • New services published.

You can always return to the moment before a search by pressing the book icon in the left menu.

2. Display after searching

It is the moment after you have done a search and 2 situations can occur:

  • No results
  • With results

2.1 No results

When there is no procedure or service with the selected conditions.

2.2 With results

When there are procedures and services with the established conditions. And by default you find:

  • Published Catalog, although you can select the Unpublished Catalog.
  • The search bar, with the advanced search icon tune with a number indicating the number of filters you have selected. By default, 2 appears because the On Term and I'm Recipient filters are still there. If you check any more filters, this number will increase. It should be noted that the only filter that is not counted is All from the All/Services/Procedures triplet.
  • The filter bar and Advanced Search button. Where are the filters:
    • All / Services / Procedures . You can choose if you want to see the Catalog of:
      • Services and procedures
      • Services
      • Procedures, if you select it, 2 more filters appear in the filter bar:
        • Initials, which are the procedures that start a file and that can be processed from the Catalogue.
        • About to end, if previously still selected In term of the Term drop-down filter.
    • I am a recipient , from the Recipient filter, indicates all the services and procedures of which your organization is a recipient.
    • On deadline , from the Deadline filter, which selects the services and procedures that are on deadline. Although you can select other options:
      • all
      • Out of time
      • on hold
    • Provider, you can select a specific provider of inter-administrative processing services, such as the Department of the Presidency (PRE) or the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), among all those that appear.
  • Number of results, allows you to see how they decrease as you select filters.
  • The search result is a set of services and procedures, because All is selected. The information that appears from each:
    • Service is:
      • Service Title
      • Icon bookmark_add save favorite service, or delete bookmark, which only appears when you change Services for All .
      • lender
      • Initial Procedures, which only appears when you select Procedures instead of All; when pressed, the initial procedures are displayed and next to it the Start the procedure button.
      • Typology, Theme and sub-theme
  • Sheet of the first result of the search, on the right hand side, with the information of the service or procedure as appropriate. You can check the type of information that appears when we talk about the service file and the procedure file.

    If you select a service from the result, its content sheet appears; if it is a procedure, the service file will appear and, on the right, also the procedure file .


    The information on the content sheets is:

    • Service file , you can expand it by pressing Read all and you will see the complete file
      • Service Title
      • Save service icon
      • lender
      • Period to process: Start and End
      • Who does the procedure: you can be the receiving entity or the lender. Depending on what you select, the procedures for one or the other will be highlighted.
      • Description
      • Procedures, from where I can start them. By selecting one, the procedure file is displayed on the right.
      • Recipients
      • objectives
      • typology
      • Topic and subtopic
      • Procedure sheet , you can expand it by pressing Read all and you will see the complete sheet:
        • Title of the procedure
        • Deadline ( On deadline, About to end, Out of deadline or On hold ).
        • Initial or response procedure
        • Period to process: Start and End
        • Who does the procedure: lender or recipient
        • Start button, if applicable.
        • content
          • Description
          • how is it done
          • Documentation
        • Answers, where you will find the procedures for responding to the procedure.

If there is a lot of information you can Expand and Collapse the information in the Content and Answers sections.

In the content sheets, the alert system informs you if you do not have access to a service or procedure and allows you to request access to your manager. In exceptional cases, it may be that a service or procedure that appears in the published Catalog is not visible because the entity providing the service has decided so.

Procedures that are out of date or on hold cannot be processed.

You can access the Advanced Search from the filter bar, where you will find the Type, Topic and Subtopic drop-down filters. When you select any of these options, the filters will appear in the filter bar. If you are not interested, you can close them directly from the same bar.
