We distinguish 2 moments when viewing the Catalog:
- Preview before searching
- Display after searching
1. Preview before searching
This is the moment before you do a search. By default you are:
- The published catalogue
- The search bar, where you can search for words or do an advanced search, by pressing tune
- Activated filters and search tips:
- On time.
- I am the recipient.
- Search tips, contains information on how to perform a search to make it effective.
- The sections:
- Procedures about to be completed.
- Favorite services, services you have saved to have at hand.
- New services published.
- Generic services.
You can always return to the moment before a search by pressing the book icon in the left menu.
2. Display after searching
2.1 No results
When there is no procedure or service with the selected conditions.
2.2 With results
When there are procedures and services with the established conditions, you will find by default:
- The published catalog , although you can also select the unpublished catalog.
- The search bar , with the advanced search icon tune , where a number appears indicating the number of filters you have selected. By default, three active filters appear: All , Due and I am a recipient . If you add more filters, this number will increase.
- The filter bar with the filters:
- All , filters services and procedures at the same time. You can also select, if you want, only:
- Services
- Procedures , if you select it, 2 more filters appear in the filter bar:
- Initials , which are the procedures that initiate a file and that can be processed from the Catalog.
- About to end , if you previously selected On time from the Time drop-down filter.
- On time , which filters services and procedures that are on time. Other available options that you can select from the On time filter are:
- All
- Out of time
- On hold
- Provider , you can select a specific provider of inter-administrative processing services, such as the Department of the Presidency (PRE) or the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), among all those that appear.
- I am a recipient : filters all the services and procedures for which your entity is the recipient. Although you can also select other options offered by the Recipient filter:
- All
- I am not the recipient.
- Advanced search is the button that allows you to go directly to an advanced search.
Procedures that are out of time or on hold cannot be processed.
You can also access Advanced Search from the filter bar, where you will also find the drop-down filters Typology, Topic and Subtopic .
- The number of results , allows you to see how they decrease as you apply filters and refine your search.
- The search results are a set of services and procedures, because All is selected. The information that appears for each service is:
- Service title
- Save favorite service icon bookmark_add , or bookmark , delete it, which only appears when you select Services instead of All .
- Lender
- Initial procedures, which only appears when selecting Services instead of All ; when pressed, the initial procedures are displayed and next to them the Start procedure button, if applicable.
- Typology, theme and subtheme
- The tab of the first search result , located on the right, with information about the service or procedure as appropriate.
If you select a service from the results, the corresponding service file will appear; if it is a procedure, the service file will appear and, on the right, also the procedure file.
The information in the content sheets is in:
- The service file , you can also expand it by pressing Read all and you will see the complete file, provided that the file in the first search result is a service:
- Title
- Save service icon bookmark_add
- Lender
- Processing period: Start and End
- Who carries out the procedure: you can be the recipient entity or the lender. Depending on what you select, the procedures for one or the other will be highlighted.
- Description
- Procedures, where can I start them? When selecting one, the procedure file will be displayed on the right.
- Recipients
- Objectives
- Typology
- Topic and subtopic
- The procedure file , you can also expand it by pressing Read all and you will see the complete file on the right, provided that the file in the first search result is a procedure:
- Title
- Deadline (on deadline, about to end, overdue or on hold).
- Initial or response procedure
- Processing period: Start and End
- Who carries out the procedure: the recipient entity or the lender .
- Start button, if applicable.
- Content
- Description
- How to do it
- Documentation
- Answers, where you will find the procedures for responding to the procedure.
If there is a lot of information, you can Expand and Collapse the information in the Content and Answers sections.
The alert system informs you if you do not have access to a service or procedure and allows you to request access to it from your manager. In exceptional cases, a service or procedure in the published Catalogue may not be visible by decision of the entity providing the service.
