If you do not have access to a service that you need to process, you can request it from your entity's manager from:

When selecting a service, 2 situations may occur:- You don't have access to the service because your manager hasn't given it to you.
- Your entity is not the recipient of the service.
In both cases, an alert will appear and you will have to click Request access , select your manager and send them an email. In this email, you will request access to the service or ask them to contact the service provider to confirm whether your entity can be considered a recipient.

- Personal space > Services > Unassigned > Request access
