It is necessary that the csv file attached to the transmissions of sending edict to TEU be in UTF-8 format, if not, strange characters appear in the notification attachment and it may be a reason to return our advertisement by of the BOE. To save the file in this format, follow these steps:
- If MS Windows Notepad is used, we must be careful to choose the UTF-8 Encoding option when saving the file with the .csv extension (Recommended option):
- If Excel is used, we must save the file:
- In "CSV (comma delimited)" format.
- Click on the "Tools" button.
- Choose the "Encoding" tab.
- Choose "Unicode (UTF-8)".
