The first thing delivery users see when they log in is the ad management environment:

EACAT_TEU_1

In this management environment we find the following elements:

1. A search engine that in its simple mode considers the information contained in the title of the ad and that, in its advanced mode, will allow the search to be filtered by the state in which the ad is found, the identifier of the shipment, the dates of shipment, publication and final publication.

2. The button that opens the form for creating a new ad.

3. The button that allows you to upload the information from the form using an XML file.

4. The list of announcements published by the user of the service ordered by default based on the date they were sent to the BOE. Each of the lines in this list contain, from left to right, the following information:

a. An icon that, in the case of being yellow and in the shape of a clock, indicates that the announcement has been sent to the BOE, but has not yet been published. In the case of being green and in the form of a 'vist' symbol, it indicates that it has already been published in the BOE. If it is a white X on a red background, it indicates that it has been cancelled.
b. Id. BOE sending: an identification number that the BOE returns when acknowledging receipt of the advertisement sent. This number is not a record entry.
c. The title of the ad.
d. In the event that the BOE returns some kind of notice when acknowledging receipt of the announcement, a yellow triangle appears. These notices are purely informative and do not prevent the publication of the ad.
e. Message in case the announcement has been published by the EADOP (exclusive of entities belonging to the Public Sector of the Generalitat of Catalonia).

f. The date of shipment.

g. The scheduled publication date when the ad was created.

h. The effective publication date. In other words, the actual date of publication, despite the fact that the scheduled date when the ad was created was different.
By clicking on any of these lines in the list, you access the content of the ad sent.
