To access the submission to the TEU of the BOE, the user must authenticate with a digital certificate recognized by the AOC Consortium (T-CAT or T-CAT P).
Users are by default all the people in their EACAT user profile listed with the position of Secretary of some Local Administration.
In addition, the entity's user manager at EACAT can grant the Editor profile of the service "Sending notification edicts to the BOE" to all the people in the organization that they deem appropriate. The Publisher profile allows you to create new ads, send them, consult the list of ads sent and their status.
