The sending of notification edicts to the BOE through the transmission available in EACAT can be done in two independent ways:
1. The form for creating a new ad. This modality is the most suitable for entities that publish a small number of advertisements.
2. The upload of an XML file containing the advertisement information. This modality is the most advisable when sending numerous advertisements and you do not yet have the capacity to implement a web service.
