Set of services that AOC provides to Catalan public administrations. Most of these services are provided directly by AOC and are related to administrative processing. From here you can access each service directly.

  • Lending entity is that Catalan public entity affiliated to EACAT that provides services to other entities. The main service providers in EACAT are the departments of the Generalitat and its public sector entities, although there are other entities that also act as providers.
  • Recipient entity is that public entity affiliated to EACAT that can process services; they are the receivers of the services. The largest set of recipient entities are local public entities, although there are others.

Tools that allow you to limit and customize the search for services and procedures in the Catalog, and help to obtain more specific and relevant results. Available filters include:

  • All / Services / Procedures
  • Deadline (on schedule, off schedule, nearing completion, on hold)
  • Recipient (depending on your entity status)
  • Provider (entity that offers the service)

In addition, the advanced search offers additional filters such as Typology, Topic and Subtopic.

Procedure sheet Set of essential information about a procedure that we find in the Catalog and that includes: title, term, type, period to process and procedure. It can be accessed through the search results by clicking on the procedure or by expanding the information on the associated service sheet. 1. Specific permissions that each AOC service offers and that can be assigned to users. Currently, there are only AOC service permissions: EACAT Procedures

  • Basic : allows you to access the application, consult and process the services to which you have access.
  • Entity manager : allows you to manage the different sections of the entity within the application.
  • Provider : allows you to create inter-administrative processing services and their forms.
  • Signador: allows you to sign a procedure.

Permissions are managed from Services Administration AOC > Users > Services AOC

Processing preferences

Options intended to improve the user experience at EACAT. Currently, they are divided into 3 categories:

  • Default entity , which allows you to select the entity that you want to appear by default from among those that provide service to the user within EACAT.
  • Processing, which are two important functionalities in the processing that offer the possibility of marking not to show again in case you do not need them. These 2 information boxes are:
    • Check the existence of a preferred signatory : key functionality for the process of signing the procedures. By activating this option, the Send to sign information box will appear, where you can select the preferred signer or continue the process without selecting him. If the option is not activated, this information box will not appear when sending procedures to sign.
    • See the explanation about the file manager : important functionality in the file processing process. By activating this option, the Case Manager information box will be displayed every time you start the first procedure of a case from the Catalogue.

1. Set of officials who provide services to the registration assistance offices (OAMR) and who are qualified to perform one or both of the following functions:

  • Assistance in the use of electronic media to interested parties not obliged to use them.
  • Issuance of authentic copies (when not made by automated administrative action).

2. It is part of the General section of the AOC service manager space, where the basic data of each user is managed: registration and termination date, administrative unit and tasks or functions as a qualified official.


3. It is part of the General section of the Personal Space, where each user can consult their data as an authorized official, if that is the case.

Services AOC 1. Part of the manager's space that allows managers to manage users and their permissions for the set of services that AOC offers to Catalan public administrations, most of which are managed directly by AOC and are related with the processing. It is accessed through the AOC Services administration. Examples of AOC services include eNotum, eFACT, EACAT Procedures, and others.

2. Section of the Personal Space where any user can consult the permissions of the different AOC services.

  1. Service that is defined so that it can be used by any of the entities affiliated to EACAT and by any user who has the necessary permissions. The generic request is the clearest example.
  2. Section of the Catalog where there are some generic services that for the moment take us to the current version of EACAT and which are: the generic transmission, the transmission of edicts, the mass transmission of inter-administrative documents and the registration window.

Organizational Units (OU)

1. They group users around bodies or work units of an entity, such as the Mayor's Office, the General Secretariat, or groups dedicated to subsidies or territorial delegations.

2. Within the administration of EACAT Procedures, the UOs constitute a section of the manager's Space

3. Filter that can appear in the Mailboxes section, when one of the entity's mailboxes is bounded by a UO. These filters include options such as No UO , to select mailboxes without any UO assignment, and UO , to display all UOs associated with the entity.

1. People who work with specific permissions that define their profile and the actions they can perform within the platform.

EACAT has 2 types of users:

  • Assets : those who have valid permissions (such as basic, entity manager, lender, signatory, etc.) and can operate within EACAT Procedures.
  • Inactive : those who have user permissions, but have been deactivated by the entity's manager, for example, in case of medical leave.
