The transmission to the TEU of EACAT will be activated for all Catalan local administrations affiliated to EACAT that do not express their wish to do so directly in the Integrated System of the Notice Board of the AEBOE ( SITE ). According to what the BOE has informed us, both channels are mutually exclusive: if the EACAT transmission is used, the SITE cannot be used, and vice versa.
Entities adhering to EACAT who wish to use this transmission must be registered with the Common Directory of Organic Units and Offices (DIR3) of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations. Entities that were not registered in DIR3, once they have registered, will have to communicate their DIR3 CODE specifying that they want to use the aforementioned transmission through this form .
The transmission will be available by default to the persons in charge of Secretary/aa EACAT. The user manager of the Ens may grant access to the people of the organization he deems appropriate.
Entities belonging to the public sector of the Generalitat de Catalunya must send their announcements to the TEU by sending the EACAT to the DOGC.
