If the user appears when accessing the Registration tab, an error indicates that you do not have permissions, it is because you are either not registered with EACAT and you access because you have an ATRI user or digital certificate from the entity in question. or because you are a new user and your manager has not assigned you the permissions for the "Check-in / check-out" service.
In any case, you will need to speak with the manager in order to access this module.
