If, when accessing the Registration tab, the user receives an error indicating that you do not have permissions, it is either because you are not registered with EACAT and you are accessing because you have an ATRI user or a digital certificate from the entity in question, or because you are a new user and your manager has not assigned you the "Check-in/out" service permissions.
In any case, you will have to speak to the manager in order to be able to access this module.
