When you activate mailboxes, you have access to the Mailboxes section in the EACAT Procedures Administration Management Space menu, and the Mailboxes subsection within the Users and Services sections.

Within the Mailboxes section , the global mailbox is automatically created, which contains all the services of your entity. This mailbox is different from the others because it only has services assigned to it and not users. If you assign a user to it, they will be able to see and work in all the services.

From here, you can create other specific mailboxes , up to your organization's quota; and in each one, assign the services and add the users who will work there. Before doing so, spend time thinking about the organizational logic that best suits the needs of your organization.
